Good for you AND for the Environment

Your health and the health of the environment are extremely important to us at Chaibo. Liz and I spent
extra time and money researching food products that
would contribute to your health and well being. We
also felt that we would only be truly happy running
a Café that had minimum impact on the environment.

I cringe each time I pass by the long lines at the chain coffee shops.  Coffee that was produced by NON “Fair Trade” coffee growers and purchased by large corporations only concerned with their bottom line. Coffee poured into styrofoam  (polystyrene) cups that will take 500+ years
to decompose (not to mention that polystyrene has been rumored to leach into the coffee and therefore YOU).
